The options may be chosen on the product pageA Tablescape is an on trend floral design made up of a number of bud vases and decorative bottles of blooms which can be used on there own or along with dinner candles to create a floral scape along the Bridal table and on the guest tables. For example a Bridal table seating 10 people would need 12 bud vases and 10 candles – same for a long guest table of the same size holding 10 people each side. Round guest tables would usually need 3 bud vases and 1 candle per table .

“The Wedding Edit Collection”
Our Wedding Edit Collection is an edited selection of floral designs for smaller weddings, elopement weddings or larger weddings with a fixed costing.
At the Flower Room Belfast we will design your 'Click and collect' wedding flowers with the same creative detail, styling and content as a bespoke wedding, with the proviso that they are ordered directly online and collected by you from our studio in Saintfield. We recommend you collect the evening before your wedding after 6pm, or before 8.30am on the morning of your wedding.

As the bridal couple, you will choose the style of bouquet from the photographs below. Your bouquet and wedding florals will be similar in content to your selection, although flower types may change due to seasonality and availability - the overall look will be the same.
In our effort towards sustainability and during the growing months between April and October we will include beautiful blooms grown especially at our cutting garden along with blooms from our supplier in Holland.
The “The Wedding Edit Click and Collect” flowers are designed and packed for easy collection, which saves on set up and delivery charges.
Before ordering please note:
- The beauty of 'The Edit Wedding' is that you can easily book directly online - however in the exceptional circumstance where we cannot meet your date we will refund your deposit in full within 3 days of online booking.
- If you wish us to set up and deliver for you and we don’t have a prior full wedding booked, we may be able to accommodate you. This will incur an additional fee (please add this note to the 'special request' field at checkout and we can discuss).
- The hire of any props e.g. bud vases, candlesticks, urns, pedestals will be included in your quotation, and you will need to return these to us up to 3 days after your wedding.
- If you have a special request (e.g. a particular flower you like), please add this to the 'special request' field upon checkout and we will do our best to fulfil it.
- To secure your date you are required to pay a part payment deposit of 30% through PayPal at the time of ordering (this is non-refundable), and the remaining balance 4 weeks before the wedding through bank transfer.
